Usually 19 th guitar's body made by sprouce and ebony or mahogany. but this my model make it yew wood.

Works of body plate bending.

This board is 1.4mm thick. Easy bending.

(1)get yew plate's wet by cloth.

(2) At first, weist bending.

I bought this bending iron from stewartmacdnald USA. The temperature is approx 200 degrees.

(3) UpperBout bending.

(4) LowerBout bending.

Check shape with fit to solera.

OK!

Use panel like spring.....

This part weight is only 94g.
